Good evening, everyone! This is our fifth Awaken the Sleeping Giant conference call. Our next conference calls will be on Wednesday, January 25 and Thursday, January 26, 2006. As usual, the content of tonight’s meeting will be made available to everyone by email and on our website.

In order to establish unity and oneness in spirit, let us begin by speaking out our names and cities in unison. On the count of three, please speak out your name and city three times: One, two, three…

Opening Prayer

Please join me in an opening prayer.

Our Heavenly Father, our hearts are open wide so that we do not miss your passing by this evening to oversee and guide our time together. It is you who have called us, as you observe our slumbering nation that is, for the most part, unaware of its potentially precarious situation. But you have a plan, dear God. You always do. Not only plan A, but A through Z, until your will is undertaken and completed. You have purposed all of our existence for reasons beyond our understanding. We have but to realize that you are the creator and we are the created to have faith in you and to trust that you know what you are doing with us individually, as a nation, and as a world, and to remember that the conclusions to all of your efforts end happily and peacefully in the light of eternity.

You have asked us to pray, through Jesus, so that you could express overtly through us what is hidden deeply in your own heart about America. We are doing that, Father. May our efforts continue to please you and make a difference until tears of joy well up in your eternal, kind, and loving eyes and heart, dearest Father.

In the spirit that surrounds this circle and animates its prayers night and day, the Christ Spirit, Amen

Opening Talk—Your Heart-Felt Participation

Tonight I want to celebrate your participation in the Awaken the Sleeping Giant prayer condition as given and guided by beloved Jesus. You have to be in my place to know the whole reality of this experience: You are all unbelievable and beautiful people. That includes everyone who has responded to this timely, deeply meaningful call for prayer for our nation.

Jesus in Our Midst

Last Thursday night, while I spoke to the group, Jesus came and stood to my right for the whole thirty minutes that we were on the conference call. He did not say a word. He just stood there listening, with a look of peace on his face and in his whole demeanor. My heart was so greatly moved to see him there. And I was so grateful for his giving support and confirmation by showing up like that, unexpectedly. Just his staying beside me that long told me everything about his intense involvement in what we are doing together. And I know he is greatly comforted, as I am.

Your Support is Deeply Touching

The steady stream of letters that appear in my email, your enduring presence on conference calls, and your steady daily prayers bring joy to my heart. You are all so dedicated and so sincere that I am truly overwhelmed by the depth of your commitment and spirituality. Let it never be said that Americans don’t care or that Americans are lazy or take the easy road. Let it never be said that Americans live the easy life and are indifferent to others, or to the rest of the world, for that matter. The only way that I know to begin to say thank you enough is to keep on doing what I am doing as directed from above and to bring you along with me.

In Honor of All of You

Tonight, in honor of all of you, I want to share some of your correspondence with all those participating in the phone conference and with those who are not able to be on the call. What I will share is a small number compared to the all the letters that have come in. Those selected will go into the Gateway To Inspiration Page on the www.AwakenSleepingGiant.org website. And by the way, I always use only the first name and the initial of the last name when I post your writings. If it is available, I also include your city, state, and country, if you are not within the United States. If you write that you don’t mind your full name being used, I will include it.

It is a privilege to be involved with this prayer condition, and I am blessed to be of service in this most amazing and wonderful project. I am grateful to be surrounded by those who understand energy, healing, and our human contribution to creating new directions, possibilities, and paths for that energy. It's going to be a very amazing year!

I am so honored to be a part of this prayer condition that words really cannot express my deepest feelings. Many masters talk about how limited our language is when trying to communicate in this physical world. The feelings, experiences and knowledge that I am gaining each moment as I progress up this ladder of light and ascension process is beyond words. ... . The emails, the website and the conference calls are a fantastic way to stay motivated and spiritually connected. I do wish, however, more people would realize the value of being on the conference call. To be together and focused at the exact same time has much more power than trying to pray apart from one another. However, as I have learned, people are ready when they are ready and I am not to judge why people do what they do. ... I thank you and God everyday for this opportunity to serve.

This is a perfect example of all of us getting together with a common intention to serve the cause of peace. I’ve been doing it now for soon-to-be-20 years because community creativity works best when many energies agree on anything simultaneously. I believe this is the message you’ve been hearing within and starting to incorporate yourself now with this current outreach. It’s wonderful you are willing to risk a new adventure utilizing the power of the "two or more" to help our nation’s citizens shift their perceptions. I certainly applaud your efforts and look forward to sharing more ideas in the near future.

Thank you for tonight’s wonderful group prayer to Awaken the Sleeping Giant. During this evening’s prayer, I was completely filled with love, from head to toe – quite literally; my whole being is still infused with this beautiful energy. Thank you for allowing me to help send this love to others.

…it seems as if things are beginning to coalesce and solidify. It will really be a powerful prayer the more united the group becomes. The focus of prayer energy will be greater and more effective than a laser beam!

I have contacted three people who are interested in doing the prayer condition without the conference call. They agree with the purpose, but don't have time for the call. Anyway, it's all good.

As for last night's conference call... most sobering, yet valuable information (about children in America and the world), regarding the dire statistics about the children of our country. One might easily mistake us for a "third world" country, yet not due to monetary poverty, rather moral poverty (bankruptcy).

Thank you, dear brother, for providing a coming together of like-minded souls for the purpose of assisting life into the great shift of consciousness.

I have been having a wonderful experience of personal growth since starting the Sleeping Giant Prayer daily. I am so much more in the moment, being happy to rejoice in the day I have to live, and really being a better person each day. I finally made a choice I could have made for years, to make our lives much less stressful financially, and I did not do it out of fear. I just had a potentially huge stressful situation come up for me, and I am handling it with grace and faith that all things will work out. I am pleased in the changes I see in myself. Thank you for being in my life.

Thank you for facilitating last night's prayer conference call. It was wonderful. The dedication, love, and time that you give this effort is so palpable. You never cease to amaze and inspire me.

I want to share this personal experience with you. I listened with great interest when you were speaking about Jesus' instructions to "pray as Daskalos did" (whom I had never heard of previously). Earlier that evening, while I was doing my Awaken the Sleeping Giant prayer visualization, Master Jesus suddenly appeared in my visualization, hovering over Washington, DC as the source of the light I was seeing. As my attention shifted to visualizing the light over the entire United States, he asked me to come and stand at his side and do as he was doing. So you can see I was greatly moved by your words later that evening.

It is an honor to participate in prayer with you. Thank you for your willingness to contribute your time and energy toward Peace. The connection I feel to you, to the group, to Yeshua [Jesus] and to our spiritual guides is very real.

As soon as you directed us to visualize Washington, D.C., I felt my spirit body suspended, horizontally, over that city ...along with Yeshua, our prayer group, and countless angels and spirit guides. Our hands were linked and our circle reached just beyond the perimeter of the city. We could feel the energy pouring into us from above, and we could see the cloud of misty white light emanating from our light bodies, raining down as droplets of love upon Washington, D.C.

If only I could paint a picture of my vision ...what a beautiful gift that would be.

I was so impressed with your message and the agenda on your website I am forwarding it to the Metro Marines here in the Twin Cities, as we are all veterans and belong to the American Legion, and it will be broadcast to our membership, and hopefully passed on to our active troops. We are all American Patriots, and believe me when I say we are always praying for our country and troops. ...This country was founded by very godly people who got us on the right track early in our history. Most of our leaders throughout our history have used prayer and used their beliefs in making great decisions for 274 years. It sickens me to see how some want to take God out of everything in our government. This country has been richly blessed by God for a long time, and I believe this country will not survive without God's blessing.

I try to pray and meditate for the first hour of every day, and I will include you and your message from Jesus in my daily prayers for healing of this great land. If you would, please include me in your membership and make sure I get on your mailing list.

I believe this is the end of a millennium and the beginning of the great earth changes and new millennium as so noted in the book of revelations. This is not the end of the world, but is the beginning of a new age. The tribulation has already started; I believe there is a great spiritual awakening all over the world going on right now, and I will help spread the message.

... I wanted to share what I experienced today as I did the prayer intention as you instructed for the first time. As I was first imaging the white light energy above Washington DC, I immediately saw Jesus risen above the world, and there was an intense white light of drops (they felt like teardrops, instead of raindrops) coming from his heart, and I saw his white light going through the hearts of everyone around the world who is joining in this prayer intention and radiating out upon the planet. What He said to me is, "My prayers are even more powerful when amplified through the hearts of so many around the world," and that He is praying with us! I had not thought of that in such a specific way, I had not thought that He was actually, specifically praying with us. What an amazing, humbling, uplifting image this was, and it felt so REAL.

Thank you for taking this seriously and bringing all of us together, including our dear, dear brother, Jesus.

Thank you all for attending this fifth in a series of prayers for our country. Let us all keep the promise and remember to remember to attend to our sacred prayer duty, first for ourselves and secondly for others and our country of the United States of America.
